General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through the Livia Kupfer website. You can contact us at kontakt@liviakupfer.com.

1. Scope
By placing an order, you accept these General Terms and Conditions.

2. Product Information
We strive to describe our products accurately and provide up-to-date information. Nevertheless, typographical errors or inaccuracies may occur. The material may vary slightly from the photos on the product page; this is not considered a defect.

3. Orders and Payment
Orders are processed as soon as full payment has been received. The available payment methods may vary depending on the country. The customer is responsible for checking which payment methods are available in their location.

4. Processing and Delivery
Processing time: 24–48 hours. Delivery time: 6–12 business days, depending on the location. Shipping is carried out directly via our cooperating craft and shipping partners. Since these are carefully selected and partially handmade pieces, delays may occur during periods of high demand or due to logistical processes.

5. Returns and Cancellations
At Livia Kupfer, you have 30 days from receipt of your order to request a return. All applicable conditions can be found in our separate Return Policy.

6. Liability
The risk of loss or damage to the product passes to the customer upon delivery. If the tracking indicates that the package has been delivered to the specified address, but the customer claims not to have received it, we will investigate the case together with the shipping service provider. Please always check the provided address carefully, as we are not responsible for failed deliveries due to an incorrectly stated address by the customer.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on the website, including text, photographs, and logos, is the property of Livia Kupfer and may not be used without permission.

8. Complaint Procedure
Complaints can be sent in writing to kontakt@liviakupfer.ch. Our goal is to respond within 5 business days.

9. Applicable Law
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law. Regardless of this, the customer retains the mandatory consumer rights to which they are entitled under the legal provisions applicable in their place of residence.
