Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through the Margaret Copper website. You can contact us at info@margaretcopper.com.
1. Scope
By placing an order, you accept these Terms and Conditions.
2. Product information
We do our best to describe our products accurately and to provide up-to-date information. However, typing errors or inaccuracies may occur. The material may differ slightly from the photos on the product page; this is not considered a defect.
3. Orders and payment
Orders are processed once full payment has been received. The payment methods available may vary by country. The customer is responsible for checking which payment methods are available in their location.
4. Processing and delivery
Processing time: 24–48 hours. Delivery time: 6–12 working days, depending on location. Orders are shipped directly via our partner craftspeople and shipping partners. As these are carefully selected and partly handmade pieces, delays may occur during busy periods or due to logistical processes.
5. Returns and cancellations
At Margaret Copper, you have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. All applicable conditions can be found in our separate Return Policy.
6. Liability
The risk of loss of or damage to the product passes to the customer on delivery. If the tracking shows that the parcel has been delivered to the address provided but the customer states that they have not received it, we will look into the case together with the courier. Please always check the address you provide carefully, as we are not responsible for failed deliveries due to an incorrect address given by the customer.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the website, including text, photographs and logos, is the property of Margaret Copper and may not be used without permission.
8. Complaints procedure
Complaints can be sent in writing to info@margaretcopper.com. We aim to respond within 5 working days.
9. Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. This does not affect the mandatory consumer rights you are entitled to under the laws of the country in which you live.
